At probabull we use Relative Strength Indexes (RSI) to guide your trading strategy. Originally introduced by J. Welles Wilder Jr. the RSI indicates the momentum within recent price changes to indicate whether stocks have been overbought or oversold.
This indicator uses a scale of between 0 and 100. Widely but not exclusively, any output greater than 70 indicates a stock is oversold (or overvalued) with any output greater than 30 indicating that a stock is undersold (or undervalued).
